I started using the new position about 5 m...Kevin:<br /><br />I started using the new position about 5 months before the race. Unfortunately I left my computer off my bike for this race, but the last two IM's this year were 10% higher wattage for the race with similar run times. As always, there are many things this may be attributable to...not the least is bike training for the year. Did you notice any power increases, HR decrease, or percieved exertion decrease by switching to mid-foot position?
